Question : DuraBrand Home Theater Speaker System Model HT-391 NEED to know what remote to use if lost original one
I lost the original remote for my sound surround and dont know what one i would go buy if I lost its original one Plz help if can.Thank youDuraBrand Home Theater Speaker System Model HT-391
Answer:
If you go to remotes.com, you are able to input the model number of your remote and find a replacement online. That would be the cheapest way to go because being that Durabrand is a cheaper brand, there aren't many universal remotes that have codes for them. The only ones that would probably support Durabrand would be a Logitech Harmony remote, and the cheapest one that they have is about $90. That is probably 3 times the cost of that surround sound.

Question : Is there a way to to connect my home cinema speakers to my computer

Answer:
If you are trying to get speaker wire directly into your computer, be careful... good way to blow a speaker. You need to put the speaker wires into a receiver, then hook that up to your computer. It's pretty easy to do. A few people had the right idea but told you the wrong place to plug it into. If you want to go from home cinema to computer, you need to hook it up from your "audio output" or headphone jack on your computer, to the MIC INPUT on your computer. If you hook up the output to your computers headphone jack, you'll be sending an audio source into an audio output. The "LINE IN" or MIC INPUT jacks are to get the signal IN to the computer, and that's what you need to use.Best cables are 3.5mm audio headphone to Dual RCA, OR a 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable. (it depends on what you are going to use for your cinema's output). Sometimes they are called "MP3 Cables" since they're used for mp3 players so often.
