A fine little Television
I wanted a TV for my home office and felt a 19 inch set would be more than adequate. We own a 36" Sharp for our downstairs family room which is now about 3 1/2 years old. We love its picture and quality so I looked for a Sharp if possible.
I found this set at Wal-Mart for $168.00 which I thought was a good price. All I did was unpack it, attach the coaxial cable and plug it in. I haven't fussed with any adjustments. The sound is perfectly fine for my 12' by 9' foot office. I think this set is great for this kind of location or in a kitchen.

Poor sound quality for a Sony flat screen TV
This TV would've been perfect but for the poor sound quality. I plan on buying computer speakers for this TV just to boost the poor sound quality.

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A LEMON!!
After bringing it home I really regretted it because the volume is so LOW, it is often hard to hear and you can not raise the volume beyond the level of a regular speaking voice.
Other than that it was an okay TV EXCEPT, ONE YEAR TO THE WEEK, I turn it on this morning and NO PICTURE. The sound comes on and when I change stations they change but still no picture.
I spoke to a tech at 1 800 BE SHARP and they advised me to unplug it for a time which I tried and did not work.
I live in NEW YORK CITY and there is NO REPAIR location. I got the impression there were NO AUTHORIZED repair locations ANYWHERE and the only thing they are willing to do, even though under warranty, is ALLOW ME TO SHIP IT BACK ...
AND I EVEN HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO THEM.
I searched on the web and found that a LOT OF PEOPLE are losing the PICTURE in their SHARP FLAT SCREEN LCD TV's.
Sharp made good tube TV's, but I'm afraid the digital age seems to have left them in the dust.
My lesson: NEVER BUY ANOTHER ELECTRONIC APPLIANCE PRODUCED OR SOLD BY SHARP.
I'll go for quality and not CHEAPNESS next time.

Garbage from Sharp
Bought two. Both emit crackling sounds on or off. Suspect cheap capacitors or speakers. Picture quality is poor.
AVOID this rubbish from Sharp.

Crappy experience
My wife and I purchased this TV set due to the reputation of the sharp name. We made the purchase in June of 2009 and the tv has a one year warranty. Trouble is the company wants us to: 1) come up with the original receipt. Well I lost that unfortunately and asked them for the info I provided them via the online warranty registration. (for those that do not know even if you keep original receipts most stores use thermal paper in the registers which blackens and makes them illedgible after a short time)
2) PAY for the shipping and insurance to get the piece of crap back to them. (I think this is really poor considering I bought it in good faith and it is not my fault it is defective)
3) if they "deem that it was not packaged "properly" you won't be covered and there is a $50 evaluation fee
4) this model must be sent back to the factory for repairs
On a different note the sound quality is really crap we hooked it up to our stereo so we could HEAR it in the first place

Feedback
Delivered in a timely manner and as advertised. This is a nice TV. Took it out of the box and hooked it up with no problems. Picture quality does depend on the quality of the input signal, think about it. I have it hooked up to a good cable signal and the picture is great. Nice selection of inputs. Only complaint is the speaker volume. In a quiet room there wouldn't be a problem. I watch it while riding my Airdyne exercise bike and it needs the aux. speakers I hooked up to it so I can hear it above the ambient noise. Still was a good buy.

Good For Compact Spaces
My father was recently hospitalized and is now spending much more time in bed than before. Moving the large TV into his bedroom was not an option, so I purchased this from a local retailer. The following notes are after a couple of days usage.
Pros: this is a very compact unit and is not too heavy. It fits on a hospital bed table (like this one: Hospital Overbed/Over Bed Top Table Computer Tray ). This allows his caregivers to move the TV to easy viewing distance and is a real plus. I was concerned that the unit would be unbalanced, but the weighted base is more stable than I originally imagined. It seemed like it took a long time to find all the channels on his cable system during the initial setup, although I have not done this often enough with other TVs to judge. Finally, the basic controls are on the left side of the unit, and the TV can be operated without the remote.
Cons: The remote is not designed for use by an older person with declining eyesight. The controls on the side have no contrasting labels, only labels molded into the black plastic, and unless you have good lighting, it is difficult to use them. In my fathers case, the caregivers will probably be the only ones who can operate the TV.
One additional point, which was a pro for my situation. The plug is two-prong polarized, which works with my father's very old electrical wiring. A three-prong plug would have been a problem for me.
In our case, I placed the unit near the riser for the over bed table. This left a lot of space for other things if needed.
Recommended for anyone who wants a decent quality, small footprint TV.

Good Buy
Great price, great 19" TV. I looked for the cheapest name brand TV on Amazon and this is what I found. This is exactly what I was looking for. Good picture....good sound....good TV.

Great product for the money!
I bought this TV for the kitchen to replace a 13" that I had in there that was pretty old. This is the perfect size for the countertop and is easy to use, works great and has a great picture! The digital tuner works great with my cable provider and overall I am very pleased with the price and the purchase! If you are looking for a good buy and a solid product, look no further.

AWESOME LITTLE TV...
This little TV is great for a kitchen or as a small tv for a guest room or childs room. The remote is simple and concise. Setup is a breeze. Wall mounts easily. The picture is excellent. The viewing angle is excellent. I researched alot of 19" LCD TV's and decided on this one. Many other 19" tv's have a poor viewing angle...this one does not. The picture is clear. You will not go wrong with this TV. I have mine connected to a small radio shack Hi-DEF off-air antenna for the kitchen. I was amazed that I gets over 20 HD channels on it. The antenna is small and mounted outside. I would really compare this TV to Sony, Samsung. Its just as good. Not to mention the price..wow..it was about the same price as the bargain, off-brand TV"s. You wont go wrong with this little beauty! Youll see every pimple on American Idol! Whew hooh!!!!

Customer Review :
nicest 19' combo TV / DVD
I bought this Television because i wanted to be able to watch TV in the kitchen and on occasion have the ability to let the kids and their friends watch a DVD during meals. This is a perfect addition to the kitchen. It is pretty thin, (considering it has a built-in DVD player) and doesn't stick out from the wall too far. It has an amazingly clear picture. The DVD feature works well and is easy to use. The remote is also really easy to use. The sound quality is adequate. I mean, who expects full surround sound in their kitchen? This is the perfect TV for watching the news while I eat breakfast. I am not going to invite the neighborhood over to watch the Super Bowl in my kitchen. If you are looking for a smaller LCD TV with DVD capability and a great picture, this is a solid choice.

Nice Combo Unit
I bought this to replace an older and smaller analog LCD TV in a workout room. I mounted it to a small Articulating wall mount for adjustable viewing throughout the room. The speakers are not as loud as normal units, but better than expected. The unit is very lightweight even with the built-in DVD. I love the fact that this unit has a built-in DVD player as it's perfect for playing all those workout DVDs without any other messy connections.
All-in-all, a great unit and easy to install and set-up. I just might buy another and get rid of that old analog LCD TV altogether...

Answer:
The best thing you can do sweetheart is go to the doctors tell them all this & let them check you over, if your worried about something you can get chest pain as a result of a panic attack, this makes the heart react in a similar way to a heart attack, but of course it is'nt sorry i could'nt be more help but to stop you from worrying see your dr x
