Great product!
This device feels very solid and secure; I was not nervous at all to mount my television, even though it is at the higher end of the weight range for this wall mount. The mount came with several different size screws, in order to fit different types of monitors, and even came with an allen wrench to adjust the resistance of the up/down swivel mechanism. I can now aim my flat screen anywhere in the room. AND, it folds up very thin against the wall, which is really nice for tucking your television away discreetly. I gave it four stars instead of five because there is a slight tilt when the arm is sully extended; it's not noticeable at all when watching television, however. For the price, I'm very happy with this wall mount.

Its ok.
Good product, but I agree with the previous review about the screws being cheap. It seems to be well built other than that. I do not have a heavy screen, but the mechanics seem solid.

AN OVERALL QUALITY ITEM at a GREAT PRICE!
My husband was going to pay almost $150 for a wall mount for his smaller 17" NEC monitor to hang up over his 27" iMac. He had me searching all over the internet including ebay for the best deal on the exact (more expensive) one that he wanted. Then he somehow came across this one and we purchased it right away. The quality is excellent, it was a snap to install, all the hardware was included and after measuring it and marking the wall, it was up and hanging in about 3 minutes. We are not hanging a huge monitor on it but my husband is very picky and he is thrilled with this mount. Will definitely buy this brand again and would definitely purchase from this seller. Very happy.

Great product for a cheap price!
Advantages 1. Well built and heavy construction material 2. Priced well below compare to other products available with same quality. 3. Package contains everything. And 6 screws is good to keep this on wall with out any issue! Washers and screws which can fit multiple type of TV's. 4. Movements of each part is pretty good
Disadvantage None I can think of

good product
great product, mounts easily and with all hardware. cant get any closer to the wall! One note: so close to the wall that accessing jacks, and inputs can be an issue.

Works as it should
Mounted my 22" LCD into a stud using the two long wood screws. Seems to be good quality. Only problem I had was that it was a little difficult to tighten the screws underneath the TV to secure the two brackets. Otherwise, it's pretty much a flat mount and very secure...and cheap!

Exactly what I wanted
I bought this to mount a 19" monitor. I really like how thin it is... I can't imagine a mount that puts the monitor any closer to the wall than this. It was easy to install and it's VERY sturdy with 2 lag screws in the center of a stud.

Good deal, be aware of overhead clearance
I originally bought this to mount a TV 1 inch below a kitchen cabinet. It didn't work there because you need about 2.5 inches of clearance above the TV for it to slide down into the mount. It would have been nice if the instructions told you that before finding out the hard way. However, I was able to use it in a different room and I am pleased with it due to its low cost.

The GSI GDM2B is a very substantial mount with Dual arms and heavy guage steel. The arms extend over 20" from the wall yet fold to less than 5". Even at full extension, this mount has very little sag or twist. It is rated for up to 165lbs and most displays 55" and smaller weigh under 100lbs. The unit has dual tilt adjustment knobs and it will tilt forward or back 15 degrees. The wall plate is 19" wide and has wide slots making it easy to mount into standard 16" studs even if they are not exactly 16" apart. Thus, the arms may be visible on the sides of 32" units. The universal design will fit any display with a hole pattern up to 26.3" wide and 18" tall. The wall plate is 1/8" thick and very stable and includes a large center hole for cable pass-though into the wall. This mount will swivel approximately 150 degrees depending on the size of your display. Dual TV locking screws are included to prevent accidental liftoff of the display. Installation instructions and hardware included.

Peerless PM-1327 Universal TV Mount
We have an older type television that works like brand new so wanted to mount it in the swimming pool room for vegging in the pool. The hardware and TV holder are very sturdy so this was the perfect answer to get the television up high for viewing as well as keeping away from the humidity as much as possible.
We are very pleased with the quality, ease of installation, and the price. It is wonderful!

Peerless Tilt Wall Mount for TV
I had an older 27" tube TV that I wanted to mount in our guest house. I would not recommend this mount for larger TV's, probably nothing above a 20". The arm that mounts to the wall seems stable and sturdy enough, but the platform that attaches to the arm is very wobbly. I have used other brands in the past and they are much more stable. I cannot recommend Peerless unless you are mounting a small CRT TV.

Not as advertised
To start this product was advertised as "Video Secure" brand and Amazon asked to be notified if the advertised brand didn't ship. I notified Amazon but never heard a word back from them. There is absolutely no manufacturer identified on the box, no web site or telephone number for support and the directions are a joke. Spend a little more money and get a stronger "branded product" at Best Buy or other reliable dealer, the TV is too valuable to trust to a generic product.

Ceiling mount
This is a very sturdy product and the instructions were fine as instructions go. they all seem a bit overdone to me. None the less, it was easy to install, provided you have some know how of reinforcing these things to the ceiling. It worked out very well for me and I'm happy with it.

Question : How do I hook up a insignia lcd hdtv mounted on my wall to my xbox360 which is connect to suround sound and...
How do I hook up a insignia lcd hdtv mounted on my wall to my xbox360 which is connect to suround sound and to the xbox brand hd dvd player????
Answer:
Just use wires. It is like hooking up any other TV that is not on the wall. You can let them hang down and have a very unprofessional look or you can buy wires that are rated to go in the wall (make sure they are to avoid any code violations or insurance issues later) and then it will look more professional. Either way, you cannot run the power cord through the wall by law. Your best bet is, depending on the type of surround sound receiver you have, is to run all the wires into that and then 1 wire out to the TV.

Question : Why do I confuse my LCD HDTV with the plasma TV we have in the living room?
Why do I confuse my LCD HDTV with the 42 inch plasma we have in the living room. Why do I always get to thinking that my LCD HDTV is a plasma TV when I am watching my TV in my room,I have an Insignia 32 inch(NS-L32X-10A) 1080p and I always feel like I am watching a plasma TV,why is that?
Answer:
LCD TV and plasma TV are the two different type of TV . plasma TV is a very huge up about 50inch , as LCD are smaller TV not more than 40inch . and the lifespans of Plasma TV also slighly shorter and power rating also higher than LCD TV , this is what I knew so far .

Question : What would you consider is the starting size of a large LCD HDTV?
What would you consider is the average size of a decent LCD HDTV. Im not worried about the size of my room or whatever....etc. I want to buy an LCD HDTV that is just a little larger than normal. So......what would you consider is the starting screen size of a "larger than average" LCD HDTV? The guys at Best Buy recommended a 42in.......what do you think? Do you think a 42+ inches is the starting size of a "larger" TV size?
Answer:
i know people who have 37" and it suits them just fine for an upgrade. My family just got a 42" but we've been putting off getting one for over 3 years...and probably won't upgrade for another 5 years at least.

Question : Does anyone know how to turn the speakers off on a samsung lcd hdtv?
Does anyone know how to turn the speakers off on a samsung lcd hdtv? I have a sony surround system hooked up to it and the only way I can get the full effect out of my system is to turn the speakers off on the tv. Does anyone know how to do this?
Answer:
Menuaudio settingsthe menu is actually set up to ask you if you are going to use surround sound, come to think of it, if you have a HDtv just mute the dang thing and use audio out from your HD receiver or the DVD player when not watching local on air TV , cuz that is only broadcast in stereo.

Question : What is the best way to watch dvds on a lcd hdtv? I hava an xbox360 but thinking about buying an upscaler?
I might invest in a upscaling dvd to hddvd player. Should I? I have a 26" samsung lcd hdtv with hdmi input. Also, if I should, which should i get?
Answer:
you dont need to invest in to it so soon. xbox 360 attached to hdtv via component input shows great picture. hddvd and blueray are two new upcoming formats but still a lot of controversy going on now. so better wait and enjoy normal dvds on 360 via component cable and relax.cheers

Question : What are these dots on my lcd hdtv?
I purchased a used vizio lcd hdtv from craigslist and didn't notice the dots until after I purchased it. It's only noticable with bright colors on the screen. On one side of the screen there's about 20-25 dark dots. Should I try reselling the tv, or try returning it at a local store?
Answer:
It could be dead pixels, but I have not seen that happen since many years ago. So it could just be dirt on the screen, or splatters from soda pop, beer, etc. So first try cleaning the screen with a soft cloth dampened with plain water.I doubt if you can return it to a local store you did not buy it from without a receipt.

Question : What is the easiest way to go HD on new Sony LCD HDTV?
We just purchased a Sony 40" HDTV LCD 1080p. We have a pioneer DVD surrond system and a phillips DVR. What is the easiest way to have this system setup in HD and what do I need to get this done. I am not sure if my DVR is HD but we just got it about 2yrs ago from Directv brand new. Thanks!
Answer:
Try to connect your DVD to your TV using HDMI cables, and make sure your Pioneer DVD have HDMI output, and about your DVR i think you can't go HD with it.

Question : help me please! I need to get the best quality possible on my lcd hdtv monitor?
I can do up to 1080i on the lcd hdtv monitor, but when I check the little tv icon at the bottom of my screen, it says I'm getting 54Mps. What's the conversion rate and how do I get it to be the best quality?
Answer:
Sounds like your low on blinker fluid. Open up your control panel (its in System Preferences) and poor 2 ounces directly onto the computer. This will allow the conversion from the 54mbs you are getting from the intergoogles to transduce to the 1080p signal you are looking for. Once this is done, you will need to restart the computer while holding command+shift+P+R+esc+option+start while staring directly into the sun and shaking your left foot. This will boot you into "Awesome" mode. Then you can make the changes you need in "Displays" (located in Control Panel).
