Bad instructions
This wall mount would be ok but it had horrible instructions and the screws that it can with don't fit my TV. It can with all these different screws and washers but I didn't know what they went to because the instructions only have 1 picture and a list of parts but those labels didn't match what the part was labeled. I'll be returning this wall mount for one I know will be compatible with my TV!
Rating :
Good solid set up, beware if you've never installed one before.
It was a very solid set up. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for someone who has never installed a flat panel mount before. The instructions are well... not very informative. No written instructions, just an "assembly" guide.

Cheap, But It Works
In regular stores, it's evident from a glance at large-screen TV accessories that they're top-heavy with markup. I hate paying fifty bucks for cables when I can go online and fine the same cables for $20 or less. Likewise with the wall mounts: a hundred-dollar price tag for only about twenty bucks worth of hardware. That's why I bought this: I just wanted something that would keep my cool new TV from getting knocked over by the kids. THE GOOD: - The low price is a fair value for what you get. - Some of the included hardware was not too bad. THE BAD: - No instructions. (They do include a drawing of what the finished thing is supposed to look like, and you can pretty much tell from that which parts are supposed to go where.) - Description says bubble level included, but where is it? (There was a slot in the wall mount body, and some jagged pieces of clear plastic at the bottom of the box. I'm guessing that that was the remains of the level, originally built into the wall mount itself. Which could have been handy, but unnecessary if you have your own basic tools.) - Included hardware did not fit my TV. (TV mounting screws were too long. If you're installing a wall mount, see your TV owner's manual to make sure the screws you're using are the right size. Too short, and they won't hold up the TV. Too long, and you'll destroy the screen by punching holes through it from the backside.) - Included hardware did not fit my wall. (The big lag screws were adequate if you're mounting directly to studs. If not, the included plastic anchors for mounting on drywall looked flimsy and untrustworthy for anything over 5 pounds. If you're mounting on drywall, plan on a trip to Home Depot.) - Construction of the mount is only adequate. (It's just a powder-coated stamping of low-gauge steel. Sony recommends a mount that holds 4x the weight of the TV; this thing is only rated at about 3x. I chose to live with the lower margin of safety because once it's installed, there's not going to be any further stress on the mount: it's not like it has to flex or be cycled through additional loads. But I found myself wishing that the steel had been a little heavier gauge.) OVERALL: It's not pretty, it's not great, but it gets the job done, and it's cheap. Better instructions and hardware would have been nice. Grade: C-minus.

This mount is VideoSecu brand. Please report to Amazon.com if you receive a mount without the VideoSecu logo. The ML10 LCD wall support for LCD/TFT screens up to 26", allowing it to move freely from the wall. The ML10 wall mount offers 3 pivot points for optimal viewing and the ability to turn and tilt. Making it perfect for corner mounting. Mount your LCD/TFT to the wall to free up space and give your interior a stylish look. Will it fit my LCD? If your LCD Monitor or TV has 4 holes on the back of the screen that are either 75mm (3") or 100mm (4") apart from each other vertically and horizontally this bracket will fit. If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount. Please note the LCD monitor is for reference only.

Develops 'play' after usage
I've been using this bracket for almost a year now. After about 3-4 months of usage I started noticing that the joints were developing 'play' (loose joints). The problem with play in the joints is that the slightest of the play will make the LCD set tilted. Which is very annoying.

Slips....
First - no issues at all with seller. Fast shipping, and package in good condition. Next - no issues with basic installation. Used a stud-finder to find the stud (wasn't where I hoped - but not a product issue), and bolted it to the wall. The 2 problems came at this point. You either have to hold the TV in the air while bolting the back portion into the stud, or while bolting the TV to the bracket. There should be a connecting/disconnecting point between the 2. However, got past that with some help (since the TV has to be under 30 lbs anyhow). Here came the next problem - my TV weighs ~20 lbs. The final "swivel", regardless of how much I tighten it - slips. I've tried at least 15-20 times. One side, and the the other (with the enclosed L wrench). After a few tries, I thought I would tighten/tilt/tighten/tilt, etc. It seemed to hold - until the next morning when the TV was facing the floor. I then got an extender to give the L wrench a little more torque. Tried to tighten - nope. Tried the tighten/tilt/tighten/tilt all over again and it worked... until the next morning when the TV was facing the floor again. It's coming down now.

Works great.
I have hooked this up to a 19" monitor for my daughters comptuer so it frees up some desk space for her. We have moved once and didn't have any problems moving it and putting it back up. Looks good, works good. Great bracket at a good price.

LCD TV wall mount
The product worked great it is strong and wasy to install. I would have prefered the color to be black but that is a miner issue. The product exceeded all of my expectations and the price was great.

Video wall mount
I needed a wall mount that had some articulation so I could move it around a bit above my workbench. This is a well built product that suited my purposes to a tee. Mounts easily to the back of the monitor and secures very firmly to the wall. Even with shipping, this mount is much better than units at double the price.

Wall Mount DVR Bracket
This item was purchased for a DVR mounted on a brick wall on our patio. It was easy to install and very sturdy. My husband searched many items both in stores and on-line. This one was the best price. He was skeptical because of the price but was very pleased with the construction and durability of the the item.

Customer Review :
Flat Screen TV Mount
The flat screen mounts by Sanus are excellent in every respect. It is not designed make sounds and is quite permanent when assembled. If there was a need to move it to another location or different TV that would be no problem. Most of all it is strong and ridgid and holds the TV quite securely plus it has enough mobility to allow repositioning of the TV for different viewing angles and allows the TV to be stored for travel. I used it to mount the TV in my RV (5th wheel trailer). I would recommend this product to anyone needing to wall mount a flat screen TV.

works great
This is a very nice heavy duty tv mount. I bought another unit for a few bucks cheaper at Sam's club and it wouldn't mount to my 32 inch Samsung TV. I am sure glad that I took that thing back. This one is a whole lot nicer and alot better made.
Rating :
Great mount
I have a 32" Sony that weighs about 20 lbs. I was surprised at how easy it is to move the mount on its pivots but it still holds the tv in the position I place it. Comes with parts for basically every type of tv and wall installation. Word of warning for people who want to pivot the tv 90 degrees - The mount arms only reach away from the wall about 15 inches so you need a tv smaller than 30 inches to do that.
The only negative I can find is the caps to hide the screws just rest in the holes and tend to fall out if you move the tv often. Not really a big deal especially since the screws are black and blend in pretty well on their own.
Overall, it's been a great mount for me and I would highly recommend it.

Outstanding Wall Mount
I hooked this TV up to a 32" Sony TV in my kitchen. I wanted a mount that would allow me to essentially put the TV anywhere I wanted it on the wall and be able to move it if desired, but it stay right where I left it. This stand does exactly what I want.
It is very well made - solid metal and pristine paint job. It easily mounts into a stud or comes with two hollow wall mounts if you are mounting a light TV. The nicest thing about it is the plate that bolts directly to the TV. It can be adjusted in any direction to ensure the TV is pointed up/down/left/right exactly where you want it. A single twistable screw holds it in place. There's no problem making the TV level.
When I ordered it, I wasn't sure it would do what I wanted. However, I was pleasantly surprised and would buy this brand again in a heartbeat.
Rating :
Good value
I think this mount is a good value. The directions could be a little more clear about the spacers and which screws to use, but once I decided, it went up very easily. It's great, just what I was looking for, and the price was the lowest out there, and I got the free shipping. Totally satisfied!

| Editorial Review :
The AS2B is a bi-shelf cable management system. It can be used with or without a Plasma/LCD mount. This unit is designed to fit under your display and provide an on wall solution for other components such as cable boxes, DVD players, game consoles, and stereo components. There are two 2.25" holes on the aluminum plate that allow you to cleanly run your cables up to your TV or down to another component, as well as out the bottom to an outlet. After reviewing our competition we realized that most shelving units need to be mounted directly into a wall stud. In most cases the wall stud is placed to the right or to the left of the display, which is not where most people prefer to have their shelves mounted. This is still the most secure option however, after significant research we've fount that using the correct toggle bolts can allow you to mount your shelving unit wherever you see fit. With the combination of four of these toggle bolts the shelving unit is able to hold well over 70LBS safely. Each individual toggle bolt provides 75LBS of support. Please not that a good toggle bolt is still only as good as the quality of the drywall it is mounted into. If you have water damage or .25" drywall please add a support for your shelving unit.

Great Product
Instructions we're really good ones. They basically give you two steps to put everything together, but it wasn't that hard to figure out. Very sturdy

It's alright
Pain in the rear to setup, Directv HD DVR doesn't fit on it very well, glass plates are just waiting to get run into at night, wall plate doesn't anchor to studs very well. It does it's job, but it could have been designed a little better.
Rating :
Good and serves its purpose
this was fairly easy to put together (read the directions) and then install. it does serve its purpose well. one of the plastic pieces came broken but it didn't prevent it being put together and can't be seen once installed. what i really like is that the shelves were deep enough from the wall to fit our cable set-top-box and also our other component. (they hung off the edge of our previous shelf)
Rating :
Good product, with a few caveats. Excellent customer service.
There are two important metrics to look at when considering purchasing any product--the service quality given by the company and the quality of the product. After talking with customer service for Cheetah Mounts a few times, I can't stress enough what a great experience it was. Initially, my Cheetah Mounts Shelf was shipped with some missing parts, which while unfortunate can happen from time to time. I was able to resolve the issue with them easily. They were friendly and quite helpful on the phone. It's nice to see a friendly face behind a company once in a while. So, I would certainly be willing to do business with them again.
As for the product, I like it, but it has a couple of design flaws which prevent me from keeping it installed. These flaws may be minor depending on your setup, or may not affect you at all. The biggest design issue is the size of the shelves. Although the shelf size is 13 3/4 " deep x 17 1/2 " wide, because of the way the shelf sits against the curved shelf plate, the actual usable depth is 12 ". This is smaller than most A/V components. A TiVo, for example is 12 1/2 " deep. A typical surround sound receiver is over 13 " deep. So, the only component that I have that will fit comfortably no it is my PS3, which is just over 11 " deep. This is a shame, because it really is a nice looking wall rack. If you only have components that will fit in the 12 " depth available you will undoubtedly enjoy this product.
My other minor quibble is with the wall plate which holds everything up. It has a screw hole in each corner, but it would be nice if it had one in the center as well. This is because on a typical drywall installation the wall stud will be directly in the middle of the plate (assuming it is centered on your TV which is usually centered on a stud) and your screws will end up passing to either side of the stud. While there is nothing wrong with a drywall only install it would have made me feel much more comfortable if I could have an additional screw directly into a stud.
To sum of my feelings about this product, I like it. It looks nice installed and the build quality is good, it just isn't usable for me.

Questions & Answers
Question : For how long a made in egypt LG LCD HDTV 32inchs will last ?
I have just bought a new LG LCD HDTV and its made in Egypt so i was wondering for how long will it last and is it as good as the made in japan LCD TVs ? Thanx in advance.
Answer:
Most lcd televisions are made by the same standard no matter where they are manufactured. Egypt, Japan is really makes no difference. A good lcd should easily last 20 years or more.

Question : If you crack the screen of an LCD HDTV can you replace it?
My LCD HDTV 37" just fell off its wall mounts and has a cracked screen. It still powers on okay and when on still displays a part picture (except where the massive crack is) so everything is working okay with it.So basically Im wondering if it possible to replace just the screen? No, I dont have home contents to claim on and Im in the UK.An idea of cost of a replacemet, if possible, would be great thanks.
Answer:
it will cost more than the actual value of the TV, even at trade prices. Cant really give an approximate cost without knowing the model. Only suggestion is to find an identical model for sale on ebay that is being sold as faulty for a cheap price and use it for the screen, or just put your set for sale (you might get £60 - £100 for it). LCD's are not the best, the screen is very week, scratches easily, and even cleaning it with the wrong product can damage the screen.

Question : How high should sharpness level be set on lcd hdtv?
We just had our LCD HDTV installed yesterday. It's a Samsung 40 inch. The HD channels look great. The non HD channels look good too but are a little blurry when up close to the TV. Will increasing the sharpness level make the picture more clear or is it the opposite? It was set up at 25% I increased it to 50% and I can't really tell if it's better or worse. Thanks
Answer:
It all depends on how noisy the signal is. If you have a really clean signal, you can run the sharpness up quite a bit before you'll see negative effects like edge ringing and graininess.I'm getting my digital signal over-the-air (antenna) and the signal is so clean that I can max out the sharpness and it still looks great. I generally leave it at about 75%. I'm viewing the shows on an older non-HD CRT. The situation might well be different on an HD set.

Question : Should I wait to buy a nice an LCD HDTV or go big now?

Answer:
nope been there done that, once you have your tv your going to regret going to small! and like they say go big or go home!

Just bought my PS3 a week ago and I'm planning to buy a 37" LCD HDTV. However I'm planning to move to Quebec, Canada in 4 months. I just want to ship it via UPS or FedEx. Do you think it's gonna come in one piece?

Question : How do I connect my computer with my LCD HDTV using D-Sub cable?
I have Compaq Presario V6000 and Samsung LN-S4695 LCD HDTV. I connected my PC to TV using D-Sub cable, and then I tried to view my PC through TV. Problem is my TV doesn't accept the connection (for some reason), and my TV displays "Not Supported Mode". I tried in various options by using FN key and F4 on keyboard. Please help me with this!
Answer:
plug your computer into your normal monitor. change the resolution to 800 x 600. then make sure your refresh rate is 60 hertz. unplug the dsub connector from the back of your monitor. plug it into your lcd panel;s dsub connector. then adjust the resolution to the maximum allowed by your television. it should be 1920 x 1080. main thing is to make sure your refresh rate on your computer does not exceed the refresh rate on the monitor.

Question : Does anyone know how to turn the speakers off on a samsung lcd hdtv?
Does anyone know how to turn the speakers off on a samsung lcd hdtv? I have a sony surround system hooked up to it and the only way I can get the full effect out of my system is to turn the speakers off on the tv. Does anyone know how to do this?
Answer:
Menuaudio settingsthe menu is actually set up to ask you if you are going to use surround sound, come to think of it, if you have a HDtv just mute the dang thing and use audio out from your HD receiver or the DVD player when not watching local on air TV , cuz that is only broadcast in stereo.

Question : How do I fix my HP LC3760N LCD HDTV when an intermittent green light is blinking instead of steady power on?
I have an intermittent green light blinking on my HP LC3760N LCD HDTV where the power on light usually comes on. I fell asleep with my TV on during an electrical storm to find my TV in this condition. I have not been able to turn the TV on since, but the blinking green light comes on every time I plug the TV in. Is there a way to fix this problem without spending half the cost (1000/2=500) of the TV?
Answer:
these new tvs are unreliable and fragile and generally only last 4-5 years before the back lighting goes, they don't tell you any of that or that the built-in tuners are obsolete since they cannot receive HD television, I hope it is under guarantee since most faults with these tvs are unrepairable or uneconomic to repair

Question : What is the best way to watch dvds on a lcd hdtv? I hava an xbox360 but thinking about buying an upscaler?
I might invest in a upscaling dvd to hddvd player. Should I? I have a 26" samsung lcd hdtv with hdmi input. Also, if I should, which should i get?
Answer:
you dont need to invest in to it so soon. xbox 360 attached to hdtv via component input shows great picture. hddvd and blueray are two new upcoming formats but still a lot of controversy going on now. so better wait and enjoy normal dvds on 360 via component cable and relax.cheers
